★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta mejorar en el aspecto de la atención a clientes, yo fuí un día y para empezar parece que no tienen interés en recibir a personas o a clientes potenciales, el servicio a las personas prestadoras de servicios es peor, faltaría mejorar en ese aspecto. No tuve el placer de siquiera entrar por el trato ya mencionado. Por lo que desconozco de sus servicios que brindan. Una recomendación sería capacitar a los guardias o seleccionar más cuidadosamente al personal encargado de recibir o buscar clientes.
También durante mi espera fuera del edificio, me percate de que el acceso en vehículo es muy peligroso ya que son laterales de periférico y la reducción de velocidad es muy brusca, no hay señalamiento de ningún tipo que advierte de un acceso vehicular y no se entiende dónde está el portón.
We need to improve in the aspect of customer service, I went one day and to begin with it seems that they have no interest in receiving people or potential clients, the service to service providers is worse, it would be necessary to improve in that aspect. I did not have the pleasure of even entering for the aforementioned deal. So I am not aware of their services they provide. One recommendation would be to train the guards or select more carefully the personnel in charge of receiving or seeking clients.
Also during my wait outside the building, I realized that vehicle access is very dangerous since they are peripheral sides and the speed reduction is very abrupt, there is no sign of any kind that warns of vehicular access and it is not understood where is the gate.
