★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor servicio obtenido. Contar de venderte el servicio te ofrecen lo mejor, cosa que no es asi. Esperamos 1 hora en una de las paradas. Y a las 8:55pm nos bajaron y nos dejaron tirados en una calle obscura sin saber a donde ir. Dejandonos a la merced y sin ningun tipo de importancia sobre nuestra seguridad. Personas mayores que obtaron por el servicio para ver la ciudad en Bus tubieron que caminar 6 bloques. La empleda muy grosera amenanzandonos y obligandonos a bajar.

And at 8:55 pm, they took us down and left us lying on a dark street without knowing where to go. Leaving us at the mercy and without any kind of importance about our security. Older people who got the service to see the city in Bus had to walk 6 blocks. The very rude employee threatening us and forcing us to go down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar tu boleto, te deben de informar que te dejan en donde termina su horario de labores, ( las 19:00 horas) se acaba ese horario, te dejan en cualquier calle o avenida, no en una parada de turibus . Algunas (guías mujeres) y choferes no tienen buen trato con el turista.
Before buying your ticket, they must inform you that they leave you at the end of their work schedule, (7:00 p.m.) that time is over, they leave you on any street or avenue, not at a turibus stop. Some (female guides) and drivers do not have good treatment with tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una buena opción para pasar el dia muy agradable y conocer lugares, no le doy 5 estrellas ya que el autobús tarda mucho en pasar de nuevo para seguir la ruta.
A good option to spend the day very nice and know places, I do not give 5 stars since the bus takes a long time to pass again to follow the route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately worst turibus experience I've had in many countries. No overview of timing, waiting for 1,5 hours in one place for next bus to arrive so not even possible to go with a full tour that you pay for. Unfriendly service on top! Go with another service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar issues here as others, it's 616pm and I'm told 20 minutes until the next bus so I hurry to order and eat, yet the bus doesn't arrive for 50 minutes! C'mon turibus employee, you gotta know the bus times....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service ! More than 1 hour waiting for the bus in every stop and the bus drivers are not helpful and super unfriendly. The map has stops that are supposed to be different (4 and 14) to guide the circuit, but the drivers don’t care / don’t mind checking. A total waste of time and of a full day. Ended up paying a taxi back home because it take more then 2h sometimes. Super disappointed.
