★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio de venta por internet es muy malo, no carga bien la pagina, da errores, revise con diferentes exploradores de internet y con ninguno funciona, llamas atención al cliente nadie toma en cuenta tu comentario ni sabes que esta sucediendo con su pagina. Pesimo servicio, no entiendo para que dan un servicio de venta por internet si no lo tiene funcionando. El problema tiene varios días, revise de 2 diferentes computadoras para ver si esto podria ser el error.... Señores por favor tomen nota de las sugerencias de sus clientes....

Aunque es una excelente idea para conocer la ciudad no deberían ofrecer que se puede subir y bajar en casa punto, que hay conexión de rutas o una frecuencia, ya que nada de eso lo cumplen como lo ofrecen. Excelente para montarse y quedarse ahí hasta que da toda la vuelta. De resto es una decepción de estar by HORAS esperando el transporte

En lo que te guste, paras y te bajas y luego tomas otro, que pasan con relativa regularidad, es una buena opción si quieres ahorrarte algo y sentirte seguro. Ojalá buscar fechas de visita a la ciudad en n verano o con poca probabilidad de lluvia para poder ir en la zona descubierta y disfrutar adecuadamente del viaje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the tickets on their app, which by the way is a terrible designed app! And never got my tickets! Not an email or confirmation! They took the money out of my bank and never got my tickets! I called customer support and waisted 1 hour since they couldn’t resolve the issue.
