Lots of lines at all the main stops. More than half an hour of waiting every time you get off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas instruções. Nos dão a entender que poderemos fazer todos os circuitos, mas não explicam quanto tempo leva, e se não planejar muito bem, só é possível fazer 2.
Passam muitas vezes pelo mesmo lugar, uma na ida e outro na volta.
Não tem um mapa da cidade mostrando o circuito nele, dessa forma não dá para ter noção de como será.
A internet wi-fi do ônibus não funciona.
Além de tudo isso, diversos galhos de árvores machucavam as pessoas enquanto o ônibus passava, e o pior de todos, um fio de energia elétrica estava dentro do ônibus, podendo matar alguém. Temos fotos de tudo.
Nos falaram que retornariamos ao ponto que pegamos o ônibus 3. Mas as 20:50 nos disseram que o ônibus não iria mais pra frente, nos deixaram a muitos quilômetros do local, tivemos que pagar um Uber, assim como outros que se sentiram enganados.
Nos sentimos enganados.

On top of this, many tree branches hurt people as the bus passed, and worst of all, a power wire was on the bus and can kill someone. We have pictures of everything.
They told us that we would return to the point that we took the bus 3. 20:50 But we were told that the bus would not go forward, left us many kilometers of the site, had to pay a Uber, as well as others who felt cheated.
We feel cheated.
We wonder how we will be compensated?

Lastima de servicio (solo los vendedores son amables)
El producto es una excelente alternativa si se cuenta con poco tiempo para conocer puntos representativos de la ciudad
Solo algunos choferes y empleados que son poco amables y más considerando que la mayoría somos turistas y no conocemos sobre cómo movernos y especificaciones del servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I had a bad experience, for starting while jumping on the bus the lady took forever to calculate the fee price for 4 people, due to her lack of math's ability she became really cranky and rude. When asking her to leave my parents to go ahead and get a seat in the second level she not just refused but took her time to complete the transactions. On top of that when taking one of the tours we needed to go all the way to the unam facilities just to come back to the Roma markets, surprisingly after awaiting for over an hour on the bus we realized that the bus driver missed the stop. Also early in the day we jumped out in the plaza garibaldi stop, we took a couple of photos and headed back to the bus stop, after waiting over 1 hour we decided to just request an uber to get back into the city center as the next bus (supposedly to be there every 30 min) never arrived. The traffic in CDMX can be crazy at some times during the day, if I had the chance I wouldn't repeat or recommend the service.
