Lleve mi carro nuevo, por unos rayones en una puerta, me vendieron un paquete de pulido y encerado, dejaron el carro completamente rayado, le dañaron toda la pintura, la cera se cayó a los 3 días, le comenté a la encargada y lo volvieron a pulir, pero quedo igual de mal, la gente que tiene son lavacoches, no saben hacer detallado, no me quisieron dar recibo del servicio y no me devolvieron el dinero, tuve que pagar en la agencia otra vez, para que quedara bien.----------‐-------No Adriana, no estoy equivocada de autolavado iba seguido a lavado, se muy bien de lo que estoy hablando y no, el señor que cobra no me dió el recibo por el paquete de pulido y encerado. Appalling!! I took my new car, because of some scratches on a door, they sold me a polishing and waxing package, they left the car completely scratched, they damaged all the paint, the wax fell off after 3 days, I told the manager and they returned it to polish, but it turned out just as bad, the people they have are car washes, they don't know how to detail, they didn't want to give me a receipt for the service and they didn't return my money, I had to pay at the agency again, to make it look good.- ---------‐-------No Adriana, I'm not wrong about the car wash I went to the car wash often, I know very well what I'm talking about and no, the man who collects did not give me the receipt for the polishing and waxing package.

La cosa es que me dijeron tardarían 30 máximo 40 minutos pero en su lugar dure 2 horas allí, los chicos usan su cubrebocas de cubre papada. Y algunos estaban tomando cerveza cosa que no veo nada de malo pero nisiquiera ofrecieron... En fin mi opinión They washed it well, there is no complaint about that.
