Turismo Channel - 77710 Playa del Carmen

I wanted to squeeze in a trip to Chichén Itza before my 6 pm flight. I walked in here the day before and they made it happen. They even had a shuttle at my drop off after the tour ready to race me to the airport. Thanks Gerry and team!

My family of 5 stayed in Cancun for Christmas. I read many bad car rental reviews from places in Cancun so I decided to use Turismo Channel. Vanessa was very helpful and set up the reservation for us. Someone met us at the airport with the car. We rented it for 3 days to visit Xelha and Xenses. We then took the car back and a driver took us to our AirBnB in Cancun. Our experience was good and I recommend Turismo Channel for transportation services and car rental.

Turismo channel took us to Valladolid, a cenote, & chichen itza. It has been an amazing experience with this company. Their vans are impeccable clean. The tour guides are excellent people and amazing at their work. They are also very knowledgeable wow! Very honest people who will take care of you in your travels

Rented a car from these guys in Playa Del Carmen. The sales rep said I could pay $45 extra and just leave it at the airport in Cancun when I flew out rather than return it to them in Playa Del Carmen, so I took them up on this option. The sales rep stated, "Just leave the keys in the car at the airport and let us know where it is at". We arrived at the airport parking, where I parked the car, and proceeded to shoot pictures of the car with NO DAMAGE on it. A few days later we got a call from this company stating that we had damaged the car - there was a scratch on it. I told them it wasn't done by me and I had pictures to prove it. They said, "It probably happened at the airport after you left the car, which you are responsible for." I told them I never agreed to this in writing or otherwise, as I would never rent a car under conditions wherein I could be charged for damages after surrendering the car to the rental company. They put a charge through upon my account for almost $200 for a minor scratch that I didn't even put on the car. My advice: Don't do business with these folks in any manner. They are not a professional company and they will find ways of taking more money from you in an unethical manner.

WOW!! Amazing customer service from the beginning to end. I would like to personally shout out Luis Enrique "Kike" for your transparent and responsive communication. I would also like to thank Jaime for being the absolute GREATEST tour guide we could've ever imagined. You all helped to make our first time in Mexico an absolute dream come true. I cannot wait to come back and book more excursions through Turismo! We ended up doing a private tour at Chichen Itza and the cenotes. I love that you all offer many options when it comes to excursions that are very affordable compared to other companies. The exceptional knowledge that your guides have on the history and culture there too helped leave an imprint on our group that we will remember. Thank you again! We will definitely be back :-)

What should we say, car rental was never that easy! Quick and easy communication, car in perfect condition and answers to all our questions (there were plenty!!). We found Turismo Channel through a blog and contacted them immediately and a few days later we started exploring Yucatan. And it was simply amazing. Thank you to Vanessa and team who did more than they were supposed to to make our vacation unforgettable. We will be back for Sure - next time for some day trips as well.

Best experience I’ve ever had when renting a car. We were disappointed by another rental company this morning, so I reached out to Vanessa from Turismo Channel to ask if she could arrange a car on short notice. She replied quickly and while I was walking towards their office she prepared the contract. I was outside again and driving the car very quickly and this saved our last vacation day in Playa. Prices are very fair and the car was in great shape. Everything was so much better and more personal then renting via the bigger and well known companies. Highly recommended and a big thanks to Vanessa!
