★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, están tan ocupados que no pueden atender a quien llega a preguntar. Siempre al teléfono y cuando se desocupan para atenderte no te voltean a ver y atienden otros pendientes aún cuando estén desocupados los demás empleados o dueños no atienden a nadie o no se apoyan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te asesoran bien, pero incumplieron de un servicio de llevarnos al aeropuerto, que ellos mismos nos ofrecieron como "cortesía", la cuestión, es que el conductor Alejandro, quedó de pasar a una hora, y llegó una hora después; en el inter tuvimos que tomar un Didi para no perder el vuelo, entonces ellos quedaron que de regreso de las vacaciones, nos recogerían en el aeropuerto; también nos quedaron mal cuando regresamos, sólo nos mandó WhatsApp diciendo que tampoco se pudo pasar por nosotros, la vendedora llamada Argelia...?
Primera y última vez que compro algo en esta agencia de viajes.
