★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La terminal es muy amplia, la atención del personal es excelente, los precios excelente tomando en cuenta la calidad de autobuses. . Pero la comodidad de la terminal deja mucho que desear:
- No tiene Aire acondicionado.
- Los sanitarios tienen costo y no están en la mejor estado.
- Últimamente no aceptan pago con tarjeta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios económicos , el problema son los largos tiempo de espera entre sus corridas de paso que pueden llegar hasta las tres horas extras y en la sala de espera no tiene clima y los asientos son algo incómodos y la falta de atención de algunos taquilleros ,serían los puntos negativos.
