★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al comprar mi boleto un día antes pregunté si había costos por llevar una bicicleta, me dijeron que no, al día siguiente en mi salida resulta que me salen cobrando $300 pesos según por equipaje ?ni modos como sea le ofrecí $200 pesos y me dejaron subir, había personas que hasta 5 costales de mango llevaban y nada de costo adicional, aparte no prendían el aire acondicionado en fin .....
 When I bought my ticket the day before I asked if there were costs for taking a bicycle, they told me no, the next day on my departure it turns out that they charge me $ 300 pesos according to luggage ?nor way as it is, I offered $ 200 pesos and they let me go up There were people who carried up to 5 sacks of mango and nothing additional cost, apart from not turning on the air conditioning anyway .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. En medio del camino se largó a llover y entró todo el agua dentro del bus. Muy incómodo, muy sucio, no respetaron los horarios, etc.
En fin, no lo recomiendo a nadie.
Terrible service. In the middle of the road it started to rain and all the water entered the bus. Very uncomfortable, very dirty, they did not respect the schedules, etc.
All in all, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the bus from San Cristóbal de las Casas to Playa Del Carmen, which leaves everyday at 11am and costs half of the price of OCC (was 700 instead of 1,400 pesoa). There are other companies on the same street, not sure about their quality.
The good: hald price, can open windows on the bus, perhaps takes less time than OCC, reclining comfortable seats on a big bus.
The bad: very noisy motor (old bus) but as I always have earphones or earplugs it's okay for me, overpacked (they put plastic seats and barrels in the aisle to sell more tickets) but I had my seat, seat a bit small (I'm average height so tall people may be unhappy), not on schedule (was told we will reach Playa 5-6am and got there 9:30am, to a terminal that is nit near ADO but 15 minutes drive from there) and lots of short stops.
Altogether an okay experience but if you're a spoiled tourist, may not be for you.
