Horrible boxes of merchandise hiban on top of me to go to the assigned seat you had to jump from so much box there. I arrived with spine pain I couldn't even move from the seat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El regreso de México para los pasajeros es un cordial incómodo y de alto riesgo, ya que el pasillo vienel llenod de equipajes que en ocasiones hasta una simple cajas se caen, no hay acceso al baño y si se.quisiera bajar se tiene que brincar por los asientos. Invito al dueño a que se vaya hasta el último asiento brincando por los asientos y verá que esto es complicado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los empleados, muy mal organizados e irrespetuosos y no respetan los lugares, los chóferes y los cargadores (maleteros) son muy avariciosos tome un viaje de supuestamente 10 horas y hice 16hrs. Recomendación busquen OTRO LUGAR PARA VIAJAR, será mucho más cómodo y sin pasar malos ratos y tratos.
Terrible service from the employees, very poorly organized and disrespectful and they do not respect the places, the drivers and porters (porters) are very greedy I took a trip of supposedly 10 hours and I did 16hrs. Recommendation look for ANOTHER PLACE TO TRAVEL, it will be much more comfortable and without going through bad times and treatment.
