I would not recommend this company the bus bacalar tuxla was only40 min late so that I can deal with it. but when you are suppose to arrive in the morning at 11, but instead they stop at 10, make you take another local bus( already full) which in final brings you to your final destination at 5pm ( and you where planing a connection in the morning so instead you have to book a room...). no, really not happy with that! No recomendaría a esta compañía el autobús Bacalar TUXLA, a solo 40 minutos de retraso, para que pueda lidiar con ella. Pero cuando se supone que llegue a la mañana a las 11, pero en su lugar se detienen a las 10, haz que lleve otro autobús local (ya completo), lo que en Final le brinda a su destino final a las 5 p.m. y usted donde está programando una conexión por la mañana, así que, en su lugar, tiene que reservar una habitación ...). ¡No, realmente no está contento con eso!

Recomiendo 100% ! No mucha gente sabe sobre esta companía, pero si quieres autobuses economicos esto es tu companía ! Para el viaje desde Bacalar a Palenque la mitad del precio comparable con ADO ! Locales saben que esto es la mejor opción en Bacalar ! No te dudes y usa su autobuses ! Tienen opciones con/sin baňo o express - y express es más barato que ADO. Gracias por vuestro servicio !

Awesome! Cheaper than ADO and equally comfortable. I used it for a trip from Bacalar to Palenque overnight. The bus stopped twice on a way for the toilet/food break. Recommend.

I was super skeptical at first, but they were helpful and professional from start to finish. I went from bacalar to Belize city, and it took 4 hours in total. Bacalar to the border was in a taxi with someone from Allianza, (they said they would have gotten a mini bus if more people were travelling). He waits for you at the Mexican border control and then introduces you to the next driver (from Nelson) who then drives you to Belize city. Cost 50 USD

All good! We were bit nervous about the company, so first we asked around and people confirmed it is good economical option. Then, we went there and asked bunch of information and the lady was very nice! We used it to get to Palenque. They usually offer 3 options. 400 pesos is bus without toilet, 500 pesos with toilet and 600 Express van. We have chosen the middle one but in the end came bus without toilet, so we got immediately refunded. The bus stopped regularly and the ride was smooth, no problems at all. Definitely recommend!
