★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se gotean los camiones, no hacen ninguna parada para comer en la carretera si no te pones listo te dejan y se van, huele horrible el camion, super sucios y descuidados los camiones, dan asco los baños, los choferes a veces se agarran bien recio o bien lento y tienen choferes muy cansados puede ocurrir un accidente y seguido te tardan mucho por que el chofer se para en la carretera, el aire acondicionado no sirve los asientos tampoco sirven, y no respetan los horarios de salida llegamos ir a 145 kmh y a veces a 60 kmh

I think the word direct they have a different meaning direct is without transfer but transfer more than four times (carrying my bags from one truck to another) ?? and also direct is as its word says DIRECT and not return me to reach my destination

It is cheap but some trucks are kind of ugly, I understand that for the price one does not look for a good service, but at least if the trucks are well maintained (bathrooms)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servicio es pésimo. No respetan los horarios de salida, super sucios los camiones, los baños huelen muy mal, no sirve el aire acondicionado. Las personas del servicio muy groseras, hacen paradas por todos lados más de 30 minutos en cada lado. Se descompuso el camión.
Salí de CD Juárez a las 5:00 y todavía no podemos llegar a Durango.
Porfavor presten atención a su servicio, vienen personas mayores que no pueden moverse bien, están cansados y esto pasa a ser una burla.
Super "económico" a cambio de que? Es cansado. No sirven los asientos.
