Sin embargo en otro mostrador una muchacha muy amable me resolvió todas mis dudas....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la linea es excelente, muy exclusiva, sin embargo nunca quieren hacer descuento a las personas del inapan, argumentando que ya están abordo los dos pasajeros que ya obtuvieron el descuento.
He viajado con 7 pasajeros a bordo y no pasan de los 60 años y no quieren hacer el descuento.

Mi viaje era de Xalapa a Querétaro. Compré mis boletos con 48 hrs de anticipación por internet. Primera parte del viaje en ADO platino con destino a terminal ejecutiva Taxqueña (excelente servicio) Segunda parte del mi viaje saliendo de Taxqueña en Turistar de lujo. Llegó a ventanilla y me dicen que la corrida se canceló (4:00 pm) y que no me regresarán mi dinero, que me tendría que esperar a la siguiente salida (5:00 pm) o me darían un boleto abierto. Realmente un asco esta línea.

My trip was from Xalapa to Querétaro. I bought my tickets 48 hours in advance online. First part of the trip in platinum ADO to Taxqueña executive terminal (excellent service) Second part of my trip leaving Taxqueña in luxury Turistar. He came to the window and they told me that the bullfight was canceled (4:00 pm) and that they would not return my money, that I would have to wait for the next departure (5:00 pm) or they would give me an open ticket. This line really sucks.
