SIN REEMBOLSOS .!! aparte mi boleto desde el 20 enero para viajar 21 muy formales quedaron en ese acuerdo incluso me prometieron asiento (20) LO CAMBIARON (18) para cuando el bus llega resulta que todo estaba vendido desde México RETRASADO 2HRS (IMPUNTUALES) y LO VUELVEN A CAMBIAR me mandan hasta el ULTIMO ASIENTO(45) todo ROTO, OLOR A MIADOS, CALIENTE POR EL MOTOR .! Y todavía los CHOFERES MAMONEANDO Y BURLANDOSE ( le valla a dar temperatura a el joven) obvio reclame a el encargado con el cual yo hable a lo que su respuesta fue literal ( ES QUE ME LO CAMBIARON JOVEN) LO PEOR NO ME QUERÍAN REGRESAR MI DINERO creo que uno paga por un SERVICIO y debe de haber formalidad . Pero en esta agencia NO CUENTAN CON NADA .LO BARATO SALE CARO
RECOMENDABLE TOTALMENTE AUTOBUSES MEDHER justo a un lado son lijeramente mas caros pero mil veces mejor inclusive puedes apartar por internet , facturan , autobuses decentes, buena atencion.
I NEED NOTHING RECOMMENDED.! LOUD SERVICE AND SUPER CULERO BUS AND LOGISTIC INSECURE ECHA BY CHILDREN. NO REFUNDS. !! Apart from my ticket since January 20 to travel very formal 21 they stayed in that agreement they even promised me a seat (20) CHANGED IT (18) by the time the bus arrives it turns out that everything was sold from Mexico DELAYED 2HRS (IMPUNCTUAL) and RETURNED TO CHANGE They send me to the LAST SEAT (45) all BROKEN, ODOR TO FEARS, HOT BY THE ENGINE.! And still the CHOFERS MAMONEANDO AND BURLANDOSE (fence to give temperature to the young) obvious claim to the person in charge with whom I spoke to what his answer was literal (IS THAT CHANGED ME YOUNG) THE WORST WANTED NOT TO RETURN MY MONEY I believe that one pays for a SERVICE and there must be formality. But in this agency DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING. THE CHEAP SALE CARO
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED MEDHER BUSES just to the side are slightly more expensive but a thousand times better you can even take the internet, check in, decent buses, good service.
