Very bad experience. They did not let me carry my small suitcase because according to it was prohibited while on the bus there were people with suitcases larger than mine. I am a psychiatric patient and I had my medicines in my suitcase but the driver was very rude and tried to get off the bus with everything and the police because according to me I was getting violent, according to him they could not make stops on the road but I have photos and videos where they stop in the middle of the avenue and passing cars at full speed. Mr. Pedro Hernández who sold me the ticket told me that both Patraca and Acosta are associated and since the patraca bus did not arrive that day they transferred me to an Acosta bus and the Acosta driver with a very bad attitude said that he did not know who Pedro was Hernández that I hadn't bought from Acosta and that the rules were different here, and I told him if that's the case then why would they allow me to get on the bus?
