★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this bus to go anywhere if you have other options. The toilet was broken, it stank of piss, and what was supposed to be a direct route from Bacalar to Coatzacoalcos wasn't and we had to change buses in Villahermosa to a very unsafe bus with a careless driver who was smoking, and on his phone at times. I don't know how they are allowed to operate?
