★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi boda fue el 17 de Marzo del 2019, ya 1 año pasado de mi boda, y aun no pueden entregarme el material tampoco, no dan la cara, no he podido comunicarme ya con ellos. No estan donde solian estar, ya no contestan ningun telefono. Solo pido mi material. Quedaron de entregarme en Febrero y luego Marzo de este año y nada.
My wedding was on March 17, 2019, 1 year after my wedding, and they still can't deliver the material to me either, they don't show their faces, I haven't been able to communicate with them anymore. They are not where they used to be, they no longer answer any phone. I only ask for my material. They left to deliver me in February and then March of this year and nothing.

He pasado por varias personas y es el mismo cuento de ofrecer mil disculpas, y despues de un par de semanas dejan de contestar tanto en Facebook, y/o por whatsapp. Lo unico que les pido es que me entreguen mi material---del cual hicieron un mal trabajo---y ni eso han podido hacer. Ya van dos veces que me fijan una fecha de entrega y no la cumplen. Busquen otra empresa, SERIA y profesional. Les liquide todo semanas ANTES del evento, y ni asi pudieron cumplir con la entrega del material. No tenian bien el nombre de mi esposo, nunca tuvimos una sesion casual (y la pagamos), y ahora no me han podido ni entregar video o fotos del dia de mi boda.
Almost two years after my wedding, and they still can't deliver the material. It is impossible to communicate with them. I have been through several people and it is the same story of offering a thousand apologies, and after a couple of weeks they stop answering both on Facebook, and / or by whatsapp. The only thing I ask is that they give me my material - which they did a bad job of - and not even that. They already go twice that they set me a delivery date and they don't meet it. Look for another company, SERIOUS and professional. It liquidates them all weeks BEFORE the event, and even then they could not deliver the material. They didn't have my husband's name right, we never had a casual session (and we paid for it), and now they haven't been able to give me video or photos of my wedding day.
