They have no idea of administration, in the restaurant they display something on the menu and give less, in the end they want to charge more for everything. Very bad mood of the owner or manager. Very nice place, excellent waiter service.

A nice place run by unqualified staff to provide a decent service. Don't let these people ruin your stay in this beautiful place.

"Salt eats everything," said the owner of the place. Including customer service, which was medium to mediocre. We wanted to be considerate when we knew that it is an island on the Chiapas coast (little infrastructure and basic services problems), however the deal forces us to leave a review that warns potential guests. - Lack of basic services: no weather, no running water in the bathroom, which we paid for. It is better to camp. - Menu prices go up without justification. When I asked why, the answer was that the seafood had gone up. The incongruous thing is that the chilaquiles, the fruit bowl, etc (just what we had asked before) and the seafood menu did not go up. - Bad customer service: when I wanted to order my food, one of the girls told me to "order later because she was very tired" and continued to complain. On one of the nights they provided us with a water tank to bathe. I kindly asked if the plan was to bathe with jicarazos so that they would give me a jícara and the owner's response was "with jicarazos or don't bathe mija." - No administration and little problem solving: we were offered to move rooms until the last night of three. - Rude treatment by "the boss." Apart from all this, the lady mentioned to us the importance of leaving a good recommendation. Ma'am, a good recommendation is earned with a decent basic service. At Turtle House we don't feel comfortable or at home, as much as the gringos love it (they put a lot of emphasis on this). We chose this place for being pet friendly. However, "friendly" fell short. My dog got nervous and started barking for 30 minutes. A girl put me on a video call with another person (without my authorization) who asked me to reassure my dog - which I was doing - or else "I couldn't stay in that place because they didn't accept problem dogs" (the only "problem "what gave) They should take care of national tourism and the reputation of their island. The answers to the criticisms received are always about "others traveling more", about "going to Cancun if they are looking for luxury" and other despotic answers that are irrelevant or justify the arrogant treatment. PROS: - Cabins facing the sea, "to live the experience." - Regular food. - The waiter was the only friendly one (coconut waters are raffled off) PS: Take off your dog's rusty bib, the only one that is a love in the place.

Totalmente confiables.
The place is great, it has both parts. The living sea and the dead sea. It has very nice decorative details. Your hosts are very friendly and the food was delicious. In reality, we do not vary much because we consider it to be somewhat expensive. But that to our liking. The seasoning is very good. The crossing by boat is done in the Don Lupe parking lot and it's great. Totally reliable.

Very good experience. The food is delicious and at the price of the area. The place is one of the best on the other side, since there are times when the release of turtles plays and they are next to it. The best thing was the staff that attended us, to which we greatly appreciate Fanny's attention.

Best place to stay in "Boca del Cielo". The kitchen is very good + they took care of us like in a 5* hotel really... I got stomach infection from cheese I bought at the flee market in Tonala, nobody really helped me, not the doctor, neither the people from pharmacy. Who really helped me was the boss from "Turtle House" who gave me a few pills - everything was over within 1 night. They even bring you over with the boat "charge free" when their client, you don't have to pay 150peso at the port. Can only recommend.
