★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad una pésima experiencia. Hace ya casi un año había asistido con mi familia (yo no soy de allá) pues teníamos antojo de paninos. En esa ocasión fue de mal gusto que nos pidieran salirnos porque no podíamos ocupar una mesa para 4. Pensé que era entendible por pandemia. EL día domingo 1 de agosto fuimos una vez más, pues teníamos ganas de probar su menú. Llegaos, tardaron 10 minutos en poner el servicio de mesa. Dijeron que sólo tenían 2 menús, que no podían darnos uno más. Luego de eso, llega la chica después de otros 10 minutos a decirnos que olvidó que no tenían nada para preparar ningún platillo de la carta. Al preguntarle qué si tenía, mencionó que ella no sabía, que era cambio de turno. Que si queríamos, nos podíamos ir. Pésimo el servicio, pésima la actitud, pésima la atención, lástima de lugar y menú que se miran lindos.
The truth is a terrible experience. Almost a year ago I had attended with my family (I'm not from there) because we had a craving for paninos. On that occasion it was in bad taste that they asked us to leave because we could not occupy a table for 4. I thought it was understandable for a pandemic. On Sunday, August 1, we went one more time, as we wanted to try their menu. Get there, it took them 10 minutes to put the table service. They said they only had 2 menus, they couldn't give us one more. After that, the girl arrives after another 10 minutes to tell us that she forgot that they had nothing to prepare any dish on the menu. When asked what if she had, she mentioned that she did not know, that it was a shift change. That if we wanted to, we could go. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible service, a shame about the place and the menu that look nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, literalmente, el peor que he recibido en años, la mesera me tomó la orden como ella quiso y no me entrego lo que yo pedí, y al hacer el reclamo, se excusó diciendo que yo le había dicho que quería eso y nunca aceptó su error. Además, no había muchas cosas de la carta. JAMÁS REGRESARÉ.

No vayan a desgastarse, a perder su dinero y a recibir un trato pasado de grosero.
1.- La mesera no usaba bien su cubrebocas.
2.- Tuvimos que hablarle para que nos tomara la orden.
3.- Al pedir la orden no había pan de elote no había refresco artesanal, no se que más no había de la carta, por qué no seguimos preguntando pero....
4.- Nos trae una bebida que no pedimos y se solicitó cambiarla, va otro mesero y todavía nos dice que "no es cierto" que si pedimos lo otro y de lejos escuchamos que la mesera le dice "si les pregunté y pidieron eso"
5.- Acto seguido...decidimos retirarnos y pagar lo que se había pedido aun NO CONSUMIMOS NADA.
6.- Se paga lo pedido y pido hablar con el gerente y la mesera empieza a insultarme.

Don't wear out, waste your money, and get past rude treatment.
1.- The waitress did not use her mask well.

4.- He brings us a drink that we did not ask for and it was requested to change it, another waiter goes and still tells us that "it is not true" that if we ask for the other and from afar we hear that the waitress says "if I asked them and they asked for that"
5.- Immediately afterwards ... we decided to withdraw and pay what had been requested, we still DO NOT CONSUME ANYTHING.
6.- The order is paid and I ask to speak to the manager and the waitress begins to insult me.
