★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las pizzas excelentes, solo que sino eres muy amante del ruido no vayas por la tarde-noche, hay meseros que se sienten cantantes y le suben demasiado el volumen a la música, por lo que no puedes platicar a gusto ni escuchar lo que dicen tus acompañantes, ese día nadie cantaba, todos estaban conversando y los meseros más le subían el volumen a la música.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida y bebida muy ricas pero me timaron con la promoción 2x1, al final me cobraron la pizza y no me dieron la otra de la promoción que porque yo no estipule que querría la promo. ¿Quien no querría una promo de 2x1? Dios!!! Pésimo!! Yo lo dije desde un principio cuando tomaron mi orden, incluso me preguntaron. En fin, suerte con sus timos.
The food and drinks were very good but they scammed me with the 2x1 promotion, in the end they charged me for the pizza and they didn't give me the other one from the promotion because I didn't stipulate that I wanted the promo. Son precios exorbitantes ya no vale la pena comprar en este establecimiento ni con las promociones que ofrecen, hay más opciones más económicas y con mejor calidad, además el servicio que ofrecen es muy lento

He sido clienta de la pizzeria Tutulli del centro de Tlahuac desde hace muchos años y siempre había estado contenta con la calidad y el sabor de las pizzas a pesar del precio que es elevado. También estaba contenta con el servicio hasta que hoy pedí las mismas pizzas que solicito siempre (peperoni y mexicana) y me llega la mexicana doblada con aguacate negro casi descompuesto y en lugar de peperoni me trajeron hawaiana. Lo peor fue que quise hacer el reclamo y la encargada todavía me dice que yo pedí hawaiana. Le pedí revisara su registro y se daría cuenta de que siempre pido peperoni y hawaiana y se aferró a que no. Fue muy grosera y estoy muy enojada. Pasó de ser mi pizza favorita a ser la peor decepción empezando por su encargada de tomar las órdenes. Adiós Pizza Tutulli, es una lástima el tipo de gente que atiende en los pedidos.

I was also happy with the service until today I ordered the same pizzas that I always order (pepperoni and Mexican) and I got the Mexican folded with almost rotten black avocado and instead of pepperoni they brought me Hawaiian. The worst thing was that I wanted to make a claim and the manager still tells me that I ordered Hawaiian. I asked him to check his record and he would realize that I always ask for pepperoni and Hawaiian and he stuck to no. She was very rude and I am very angry. It went from being my favorite pizza to being the worst disappointment starting with its person in charge of taking the orders. Goodbye Pizza Tutulli, it's a shame the type of people who attend to orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburguesa muy insípida, pizza aceptable pero con sabor nada impresionante, el agua de jamaica sabia rara y el olor que llega de las fabricas hace que el lugar no sea tan confortable ya que huele raro (tripas de pollo)
Y el karaoke dicen que inicia a las 7 y da comienzo hasta las 9.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré dos rebanadas de pizza; una de pastor y otra de pepperoni. Tuve infección en el estómago gracias a que los alimentos no estaban frescos, y mucho menos de calidad. Nunca volvería a comer aquí. No quiero enfermarme del estómago nuevamente. Sanidad debería de hacer chequeos rutinarios a este tipo de establecimientos.
