★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una cita con 4 días de anticipación para un día sabado porque el mismo sabado tenía boda y la chava que me pondría las pestañas no llegó, esperé 40 minutos, lo peor es la actitud que tomaron, no me decían nada ni me ofrecieron nada por la molestia.
I made an appointment 4 days in advance for a Saturday because the same Saturday I had a wedding and the girl who would put my eyelashes did not come, I waited 40 minutes, the worst thing is the attitude they took, they did not tell me anything or offer me anything for the nuisance.

I don't live in the city but I definitely recommend the place, they took great care of me, the place and the staff were quite friendly, I loved my nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seem to have changed their services and when I went in for an “express manicure” they told me it would be 140 pesos and didn’t mention that it includes no nail polish at all? Even though I asked for gel they just trimmed down my nails for half an hour. The woman didn’t seem to care that it was totally unclear why I paid the same as I always had for a totally different service and wasn’t apologetic or accommodating, she said she had another appointment in half an hour and didn’t try to fix the situation. I feel like it’s fine if they change their services but if a manicure doesn’t even include any polish you should make that clear, or at least accommodate in some way. I wouldn’t recommend, bad customer service.
