Good prices but they take a long time to quote and deliver the material (the good thing that they have home delivery) and even worse, to send an invoice to the mail.

They go crazy with their inventories and imported products, half an hour to print a simple invoice. They lack staff training.

Very good prices, but terrible service. They seem to be doing you a favor by selling you. I only go to that business for its prices. If you will find the same in another place but with better attention. I would not hesitate to buy elsewhere.
