Rodolfo Elín Ruiz Santiago, estudiante de Ingeniería Mecánica del noveno semestre del Tecnológico Nacional de México campus Tuxtla Gutiérrez, creó un bastón inteligente para débiles visuales, luego de analizar la problemática actual de este sector en donde de acuerdo a la Sociedad Mexicana de Oftalmología en México hay 2 millones 237 mil personas con deficiencia visual y más de 415 mil 800 personas con ceguera, se dio a la tarea de innovar en un nuevo modelo para evitar accidentes que comprometan a la persona.

It is a great school, capable teachers help in everything the student may need, it is obvious that some put their demands but it is the way of being teachers. The school does need more resources, in hot season if the weather does not work if it is hard.
