Mienten mucho sobre los envios que realizan, primero me dijeron que el producto llegaria en 8 dias. despues que ya lo habian enviado, pero que se regreso, xq no dieron con el domicilio. Pero que lo acababan de mandar nuevamente, pedi numero de guia para rastreo y me dijeron que el sistema no les permitia verlo. un mes despues sigo esperando y si quiero cancelar, que la devoluciòn sera en 15 dias habiles. UN VIACRUCIS . MUCHA MENTIRA E INEFICIENCIA. NO ENTIENDO PORQUE NO DICEN LA VERDAD DESDE EL PRINCIPIO Y UNO COMO CLIENTE SABRA SI COMPRA O NO, CON SUS CONDICIONES DE PESIMO SERVICIO.
SLOW SERVICE AND ATTENTION. They lie a lot about the shipments they make, first they told me that the product would arrive in 8 days. after they had already sent it, but it returned, because they did not find the address. But that they had just sent it again, I asked for a tracking number and they told me that the system did not allow them to see it. a month later I am still waiting and if I want to cancel, the refund will be in 15 business days. A VIACRUCIS. LOTS OF LIE AND INEFFICIENCY. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH FROM THE BEGINNING AND ONE AS A CUSTOMER WILL KNOW IF HE BUYS OR NOT, WITH HIS CONDITIONS OF LOUSY SERVICE.
