Es su trabajo para eso les estamos pagando el servicio para que manden a sus técnicos y lo arreglen ellos, es el peor servicio así' como el servicio , al igual los empleados son iguales de inservibles What a terrible service they have. R	Ricardo Nunez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el servicio mas malo que he visto , el internet nunca funciona , nadie te atiende y si tienes suerte de que te contesten , despues de varios intentos , tardan 3 o 4 dias en venir y la mayoria de las veces no solucionan los problemas , contrate desde hace 3 meses y estoy completamente decepcionado , si les dices que quieres cancelar el contrato , te dicen que es por un año y no lo puedes hacer , no se de que les sirva tener como cliente a alguien que no esta contento con sus servicios y solo les esta dando mala publicidad. J	J N B G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de internet es pésimo, lo peor, falla a diario todo el día, los técnicos tardan hasta una semana en pasar a checar la instalación, luego de restablecer el servicio vuelve a fallar y así siguen hasta que definitivamente cambias de provedor, nunca dan soluciones reales!! The internet service is terrible, the worst, it fails every day all day, the technicians take up to a week to check the installation, after restoring the service it fails again and so on until you definitely change the provider, they never give real solutions !!

La estrella la puse porque así debe ser, pero no la merecen. Lo único por lo que no le pongo las 5 estrellas es porque los canales de alta definición en ocasiones se traban un poco, aunque no se su esa ligera falla sea por la empresa o sea otro problema porque en el tiempo que estuve con megacable era igual.
