We found our retirement dream home for sale and used Dee (the owner) to help us through the purchase process. Dee put us at ease with the process of purchasing a home as Americans. She helped draft the contract and told us exactly how the process would work. We now have our dream home, although not retired yet (2 years to go) we visit frequently. Dee also helped us to establish our account with the water department and now helps us with paying the bills, taxes, etc. Dee and her assistant Brisa are awesome and I would recommend them without any hesitation at all. We were so fortunate to have found Twin Dolphins Realty and have found a true friend in Dee. "Life is short.....buy the beach house!"
