Very disorganized, very difficult to make and keep appointments
Of the 5 attendants, only 1 knows how to do her job
The attendants are not trained and they will switch them out
They do not work the hand massages and go directly to the machines
The contract does not allow for refund in case of poor service
Please don't waste your money, here are better spas in Cancun... :(
