Siempre dan la misma respuesta de copy y paste y no resuelven nada. En realidad si les interesara el cliente especificarían cuál fue el problema y no solo bloquearían. Es lo malo de este tipo de tienditas. En fin venga su respuesta airada de nuevo.

They always give the same copy and paste response and they don't solve anything. Actually, if they were interested in the client, they would specify what the problem was and not just block. That's the bad thing about this kind of little shops. Finally come your angry response again.

Su community manager y su customer service reps necesitan entender que al final seguimos siendo clientes. Aunque sea por email or IG no todo debe ser una respuesta tan robotica y grosera. Do better!
If at the next drop my only options are Two Feet Undr, scalpers, or StockX, I'd rather give my money away than buy from you again. Your community manager and your customer service reps need to understand that in the end we are still customers. Even if it's by email or IG, not everything should be such a robotic and rude response. Do better!

Sin mencionar que cuando hacen un lanzamiento importante, generan dinámicas justas que hacen posible poder comprar a personas que de otra forma no tendrían la oportunidad, a personas que están dispuestas a dar el siguiente paso para conseguir algún par. Además el trato que dan es servicial, apoyan con dudas y verdaderamente sientes una excelente sensación cada que vas a comprar.
