★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un percance con mi auto en su estacionamiento. Al acudir a pedir ayuda a la encargada (para revisar cámaras de seguridad), solo obtuve negativas, mentiras y nulo apoyo. Se tardaron 5 dias en decirme que "las cámaras ese día, no funcionaron". A la próxima solo solicitaré el apoyo legal correspondiente, y ojalá el gimnasio tenga toooooodos sus papeles en orden. Mala experiencia.
Recurso de replica: Si fueron negativas.
1) No hubo apoyo porque "afuera es afuera"SIC. Dicho por la encargada.
2) Deje 20 mensajes por Facebook, solicitando amablemente el apoyo. Lo cual fue corroborado por la encargada , que hizo caso omiso a mi solicitud. Que cuando fui personalmente a preguntar, me dice: -a, si los vi pero NO contesté. ¿ME EQUIVOCO? DONDE ESTAN LAS RESPUESTAS CON EL APOYO Y ORIENTACIÓN QUE DICE EL GIMNASIO OFRECIÓ?
3) Por que después de 5 días me dicen que CASUALMENTE ese día a esa hora especifica, no hubo servicio de Internet
Conclusión, no hubo apoyo, se hicieron de la vista gorda . Si me llevo una muy mala imagen del gimnasio, a través de su encargada y sus malas maneras. Es irrelevante si fue dentro o no. Puesto que por eso mismo solicite el mable apoyo del gimnasio. ¿o esconden algo?
*tengan cuidado con su auto, el gimnasio no los va a apoyar, al contrario.
