★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo regular tienen todo lo que busco pero se tardan mucho en atender, no por la cantidad de gente sino por el proceso de venta que utilizan. Hoy tardé media hora en salir de ahí y mi compra fue de 2 artículos. He tardado casi una hora cuando mi lista de material es mayor.
They usually have everything I want but they take a long time to attend, not because of the number of people but because of the sales process they use. Today it took half an hour to get out of there and my purchase was 2 items. It took almost an hour when my list of material is larger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden bien si vas solo, en tiempos de pandemia se ponen muy sangroncitos los de la puerta si llevas un técnico, no te dejan entrar acompañado pongas el motivo que pongas, más bien me parece el pretexto perfecto de los empleados para no trabajar, valiendoles las ventas (gasté 14,300 en la competencia y puedo mandarles evidencia) y los intereses del dueño y si el dueño está de acuerdo, pues... Impulsora los va a dejar atrás y no debería pasar. Los laguneros debemos ser punta de lanza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deficiente no te atienden al llegar tienes que preguntar si te quieren atender ya que siempre están en la computadora y ni voltean a ver quien está en espera. Mala actitud de servicio al cliente (pongan a gente que necesite el trabajo). La tienda muy surtida con buenos precios
