★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas instalaciones, rentamos un airbnb dentro del condominio que nos encanto, todas las zonas comunes limpias y bien vigilado. Los guardias y demás personal muy atentos y serviciales. Queda cerca un oxxo y lugares donde comer, bien ubicado para salir a las avenidas que te llevan al centro de Cancún, la zona hotelera y el aeropuerto.
 Very good facilities, we rented an airbnb inside the condo that we loved, all the common areas clean and well guarded. The guards and other staff very attentive and helpful. It is close to an oxxo and places to eat, well located to go to the avenues that take you to the center of Cancun, the hotel zone and the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se tardan demaciado en entregar el departamento. y lo quieren muy temprano al finalizar.. esto es algo q lo dicen en el momento de llegada.. yo llegue casi a la una y lo entregaron a las tres..
te explican la mecanica y que te cobraran extra por la limpieza,..
te dicen ojala y alcancen ahua en cancun no hay..
el lugar es bonito pero hay q pedir permiso para todo.
no se talves la persona q me lo rento es duferente a los demas.
y si nos alcanzo el agua no falto en ningun momento.... ¡¡¡¡

it takes too long to deliver the department. and they want it very early at the end .. this is something they say at the time of arrival .. I arrived almost at one and they delivered it at three ..

they tell you hopefully and reach ahua in cancun there is no ..
the place is nice but you have to ask permission for everything.
I do not know the person who rented it to me is different from others.
And if the water reached us, I was not missing at any time ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La administración y la seguridad del condominio son desastrosos, lo peor que he visto en mi vida. Si cambian eso, es muy buen lugar para vivir pero mientras tanto, solo te hacen la vida imposible. LAMENTABLE
The administration and security of the condominium are disastrous, the worst I have ever seen. If they change that, it's a great place to live but in the meantime, they just make your life miserable. REGRETTABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La administración y la seguridad te hacen la vida IMPOSIBLE. Van a hacer todo lo que esté en su mano por poner problemas, jamás te ayudan en nada, es absolutamente desesperante. El piso genial, pero no se puede vivir porque hacen la vida totalmente insoportable.
The administration and security make your life IMPOSSIBLE. They will do everything in their power to cause problems, they never help you at all, it is absolutely exasperating. The flat is great, but you can't live there because they make life totally unbearable.
