Be careful when renting. The lady who rented to us was very nice and patient at the beginning, explained everything, and even gave us a discount because we were renting for 10 days. However, when we returned the bike, she insisted on charging us 600 pesos for a tiny scratch we didn’t even know was there.

I rented a vehicle for a week and what happened: I was promised that i would get a discount if i rent it for more days which was not given to me then. Also like it happened to previous customers: my deposit was not given back to me due to scratches on one side. I was charged 2900 of 3000 Pesos deposit, what a rip off! There is not even any insurance for damages/theft/etc.. Not recommended

Super friendly, booked within a day. They have multiple cars. They take credit cards open late. Definitely recommend.

Very Bad communication! (Especially the lady at their office) I booked a car with them 4 times in the past 4 months… but unfortunately I will probably go with another rental car service next time. Its just not good enough.

Avoid. We rented a car for a day but only drove 7km. Food poisoning killed our initial day trip plans. They charged us as if we used 7 liters of gas or drove 100km. They withheld the passport which they take as deposit so we paid. Not a big sum but overall not trustworthy, unfortunately.

Friendly and reliable service operated by Ari and Yesica. We felt very comfortable using U-Car from start to finish thanks to these guys. The car we rented (Renault Duster) was well-serviced and ran smoothly and economically. We have another longer trip planned soon and have reserved a car with these guys again in advance. Thoroughly recommended.

Everything as promised: I rented both a car and a bicycle. The car was a fine Chevrolet Astra, clean and functional, everything clear. The mountain bike was also a decent rental (bikes in this area suffer from the humid weather and salty air), I rode about 80kms in 3 days and it worked well for a regular MTB (I regularly use professional equipment). Please avoid the mangle areas, tempting but very much dangerous. But U-Car was a fine experience.

Make sure when you get the scooter to film all the damage and film yourself pressing on all the pieces in case there is any structural issues. I didn't do the latter, and i regret it. The bike came fully gassed and worked but the front plastic came with breaks all along the pieces around the light. I filmed the breaks in case they tried to say I did it. Rode the bike without event for a week, but when I returned it, they said they could push in a piece and that came from autism damage. Since I didn't push on the bike when I got it, I'll never know if it was like that or not. I suspect that the rest of the broken plastic degraded the support of the piece, so normal driving caused it to break. They said all the previous breaks I had on video were certainly theirs, but said they couldn't know whether I had driven it into something (I did not. My credit card insured the bike, so if I had gotten into an accident I would gladly pay for any damage I did). In the end they charged me an additional 300 pesos. Not a lot of money, I wouldn't mind paying but I got a broken product and charged because it was in poor condition when I got it.
