Al parecer es a las 8:00 am el horario de atención y no 7:00am como se tienen aquí.
It's closed and it's 7:30 am, just a guard.
Apparently it is at 8:00 am the hours of service and not 7:00 am as they are here.

Terrible service for vaccines, the nurses take a long time to attend despite not having people and behave very haughty as if they were doing people a favor when it is their job to serve
