M	Monica Perez Cueva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer fuí a la clínica y la verdad quedé muy decepcionada de lo sucio que está el lugar,las escaleras para subir a la segunda planta parece que no las han trapeado en meses,las sillas para sentarse están por el estilo y los mostradores para ser una “clinica dónde cuidan ti salud" está bastante sucia. Cuando las personas entramos a consulta ni siquiera sanitizan antes de que nos sentemos en la silla del consultorio y eso lo pueden hacer los mismos doctores,por su propio bienestar. ? Yesterday I went to the clinic and the truth was that I was very disappointed in how dirty the place is, the stairs to the second floor look like they haven't been mopped in months, the chairs to sit on are like that and the counters to be a "clinic where they take care of your health" it is quite dirty. When people go into the consultation they don't even sanitize before we sit in the office chair and that can be done by the doctors themselves, for their own well-being. ?

J	Jacqueline Cornejo Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 3 meses que no me surten mi medicamento completo ,les marcó a los 6 teléfonos que me proporcionaron y jamás contestan en ninguno ,farmacia no contesta ni por error ,les e llegado a marcar desde afuera observando por qué no contestan por qué según ellos tiene mucho trabajo y por eso no pueden contestar lo cual es mentira ni siquiera pelan el teléfono si no para de sonar solo lo descuelgan y ya , boy para preguntar por mi medicamento y me dicen que se acaba de terminar siempre es lo mismo con ellos estoy arta y encima le comento a mi doctora y me dice que pues compre las medicinas como si tuviera el dinero suficiente ? si por eso pago ceguro ,son unos incompetentes .
J	Jaime Aranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a la atención del personal en cuestión de enfermeras y personal administrativo muy amables y muy pacientes, apesar de la problemática del COVID, pero en cuestión de la atención médica pésima, por mucho qué madrugas para tener cita te tienen afuera hasta la una de la tarde todos en bola sin guardar distancia que éso es problema de los derechohabiente, y después de pasar no hay doctores en los consultorios y todos a unifila y de hay hasta qué te dan en qué consultorio pueden atenderte, para éso hay que esperar mínimo tres horas, de antemano no es culpa del personal sino de la mala organización de la institución.
