★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got hustled. I've never paid so much for a car rental and insurance. After they were done, I was paying $800 deposit and a total of $194 of a quoted amount of $15 a day for 3 days($45). The insurance I pre-purchased, they said it doesn't work with the rental. I called to verify after my trip, Orbitz(booking company) confirmed that it was liability for the car. They will also have you looking for them at the airport. Couldn't find them after looking for at least 30 minutes because they are not there to pick you up in the first place. Go with someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advertised as 24hours on expedia and they don't open until 8am. Our flight is at 8am. We had no idea how to return the car. We left it outside and hope it will be safe and thankfully payless car rental took us back to the airport. They charge you a lot for insurance and a $800 deposit!!! Expedia was not helpful at all. Told us to send an email to park. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse experience I had with a rental car. Reserved few months in advance via expedia. When arrived at the car rental agency they did not have the mini Van size I have reserved and where not planning on having one for 4 days later- this has forced me to change traveling plans and pay close to 3 times more from the original price via a diff agency that luckily had a mini van. This is a bate and switch tactic and in the meantime also took payment of collusion damage in advance.. Do not trust them=- better pay more and go with a company you are familiar with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst car rental company on earth. First, you gotta wait at least an hour at the airport to get picked up. After that they scam you into buying more insurance on top of what you already paid. Then add an astronomical $800 or more deposit. So if you saved up any money for your vacation, be prepared not to have it available to spend it. Oh and all these nice pictures on google of their office are not real. Their office is 5 times smaller and crappier than advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices double to advertised amounts when reservations made, told about rate change when picking up car.
The booth in the airport was closed , when we arrived, again not informed and not as advertised.....hence the driver had to come and take us to the rental office ( took them over one hour to come)
Stuck with the inflated fees as late in night and no other car rental in the area.
Manager politely apologizing while sticking it to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Worst car rental insurance experience... They took over an hour to pick us up from the airport after 3 calls.... we ended up paying way more than we expected... and when returning the car they tried to get money from us for the gas even though we brought it back with MORE than they gave us... after which we got a LOT of attitude from the worker driving us back to the airport.... you're better off booking with a company that has a representative in the airport as others got picked up way quicker and we got multiple offers that ended up being better while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U SAVE NOTHING from going to this car rental place. Save your self the headache and stick with a rental company at the airport. This place took an hour to pick us up. Then they charged for more insurance once were got there. Then they charged 15,000 pesos for a deposit. Which is over 800 American dollars. I was pretty upset but you're trapped at this point. They seem to charge whatever they feel like for deposits. When returned the car I saw receipts for other customers with prices that varied from 8,000 , 14,000 and even 18,000. You will not save anything with this company, go anywhere else and start your trip off happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are really competitive, we booked via Rental Cars and bought full insurance in advance, the only extra fee we had to pay was a $25 local charge. A lost star as we couldn't reach them over three different phone numbers when we landed at the airport, but the staff there were super helpful and somehow managed to call them, after that they picked us up very quickly and the check in was fast and smooth.
