★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala organización para cuando tienen alta demanda por conguiente se forman filas de hasta dos horas máximo (en mi caso de las 12pm hasta 2pm). Además pues esta bien lo de las fichas, preguntan que libro van a comprar pero no todas la veces consultan su stock por lo cual uno puede perder su tiempo formado por nada por tanto es recomendable llamar por teléfono + la ext. para solicitar información. Además el día que fuí solo estaba funcionado una caja por lo que errores en algo que no explicaron bien del todo pero solo había una persona con el perfil indicado para cobrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es súmamente lenta, no tienen ningún control para evitar que la gente se meta a la larga fila que se hace debido a su mala atención. Tuve que hacer más de 3 horas de fila para poder comprar un sólo libro. Las personas no dejaban de meterse a la fila y cuando fui a comentar eso a uno de los encargados me dijo que así era en México y no había nada que se pudiera hacer.
The attention is extremely slow, they have no control to prevent people from getting into the long line that is made due to their poor attention. I had to queue more than 3 hours to buy a single book. People kept getting in line and when I went to tell that to one of the managers told me that it was like that in Mexico and there was nothing that could be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable y capacitado para la atención a clientes. Sólo me Desconcierto por la mala logística para los textos de inglés que fue una desorganizacion. Sólo para comprar un libro cómo lo mencioné anteriormente tarde en una fila de tres horas. Creo qué la manera como trabajan los responsables de distribuir los textos sean más responsables.
The staff is very friendly and trained for customer service. I am only puzzled by the bad logistics for English texts that was a disorganization. Just to buy a book as I mentioned earlier late in a three-hour row. I think that the way those responsible for distributing the texts work is more responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen los precios en los estantes de libros. Pésima atención viendo las malas caras de los que atienden. Ojalá que contrataran personas que se apasionara con los libros. Duele porque es mi alma mater. Un cero.
They don't have the prices on the book shelves. Terrible attention seeing the bad faces of those who attend. Hopefully they would hire people who were passionate about books. It hurts because it's my alma mater. A zero.
