Si ya no quieren trabajar jubilense y si no pueden pues busca otra opción.
 Terrible service if you dial them on the phone they don't answer.
If you no longer want to work in Jubilee and if you can't, then look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo puedes hacer citas por correo, tuve que llamar a UAPE de Xalapa para que me dieran el correo, y listo. Pero si deberían facilitar el correo al menos por teléfono.
You can only make appointments by mail, I had to call UAPE de Xalapa to get the email, and that's it. But if they should facilitate the mail at least by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Unidad Administrativa de Prestaciones Económicas, ha cambiado un poco la atención para todos los usuarios.
Con tal de brindar la adecuada atención para los usuarios, se invita a las personas a realizar citas para acudir a los distintos trámites, en la entrada se mantiene el trámite que se desea realizar y la forma de comunicarse o enviar correo electrónico para ser atendido.
El horario de atención por Covid, es de 9 a 13 hrs, ingresar únicamente la persona citada ese mismo día y a la hora indicada, lo cual permite garantizar que habrá un aforo adecuado en el ingreso.
Si no tienes cita, puedes solicitar entrar a los módulos de atención, pero hay que recordar que el tiempo de espera puede ser demorado y dependiendo el turno ingresas.
Recomiendo llevar toda la documentación requisitado y en orden, para evitar que salgas nuevamente a sacar copias.

The service hours for Covid are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., enter only the person mentioned that same day and at the indicated time, which allows to guarantee that there will be an adequate capacity at the entrance.
If you do not have an appointment, you can request to enter the attention modules, but it must be remembered that the waiting time can be delayed and depending on the shift you enter.
