It is a quite pleasant, spacious, comfortable place and is in very good condition, ideal to go to enjoy a play or a conference that is presented there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lamentable, el estado actual del teatro, desde la entrada: Los cetos descuidados, la alfombra del pasillo en el interior del recinto sucia, vieja, con chicles pegados, las butacas lo mismo: viejas, desvencijadas con la tapicería manchada, la duela del escenario toda rayada y sin mantenimiento.
Very unfortunate, the current state of the theater, from the entrance: The neglected falcons, the hall carpet inside the dirty, old, gummed gum, the same seats: old, rickety with stained upholstery, the stave of the stage all scratched and maintenance free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comparación de CCU, se nota un edificio más viejo que le caería bien una remodelación, no se ve mal pero hay ciertos detalles a mejorar. En general es buen lugar, pues contempla un buen espacio y con gran cantidad de asientos para los espectadores, sin embargo el escenario es un poco pequeño y no cabe una escenografía tan grande. Así como también, la entrada podrían remodelarla para que luzca mejor.
Compared to CCU, you can see an older building that could use a remodel, it does not look bad but there are certain details to improve. In general, it is a good place, since it includes a good space and with a large number of seats for spectators, however the stage is a bit small and there is no room for such a large scenography. As well as, the entrance could be remodeled to make it look better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He estado en este lugar muchas veces, como espectador puedo comentar, que las butacas son viejas pero aún no incómodas, de ese lado los sanitarios no son espectaculares pero decentes al menos.
De ocasiones en que he participado en el escenario, puedo compartir que es pequeño. Lo que jamás me ha gustado son los camerinos, siempre sucios! Los sanitarios de los camerinos horribles.
I have been to this place many times, as a spectator I can comment that the seats are old but not uncomfortable yet, on that side the toilets are not spectacular but decent at least.
From times when I have participated on stage, I can share that it is small. What I have never liked are the dressing rooms, always dirty! The horrible dressing room toilets.
