Solo un día de atención, y por si fuera poco la persona encargada salió a comer y ya no regreso, tal vez un poco más de personal para atención estaría bien

I am a frequent Uber rider and Uber in this city and state is terrible. They fail to provide basic education around regulations as part of their onboarding process for new drivers. I have to be accommodated by my service dog at all times. Uber’s T&C’s clearly state that drivers have to provide us with a ride with the dog but in more of 50% of the cases the Uber driver denies us a ride even after providing proper identification for my service dog and talking nicely to the driver. The only option we have is to raise a complaint for discrimination on the basis of disability which usually leads to an apology, driving credits and a warning or deactivation for the driver. But does it have to come to this? Why don’t you just spent a little more time in education your drivers and what they have to provide for folks with disabilities and service dogs based on law and Uber requirements. This would make it so much more pleasant for everyone involved.
