★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un carro en Enero, en marzo hacemos cambio de propietario y por consiguiente baja y alta de placas.
Me dan una calcamonia color verde para verificar y no me dicen mayor Información. Yo deduzco que me toca verificar en abril y mayo por el color de la calcamonia que me difiero.
Mi carro se descompone casi al mes de haber estado en las oficinas de Secte Apizaco , lo llevo al mecánico y me tardó casi el mes en sacarlo.
Unos días antes de acabar el mes de Mayo voy a verificar la unidad y me dicen las personas del lugar que deben cobrarme una multa porque tenia que haber verificado en los siguientes días .
Extrañada por la situación le explico que a mi no se me dio ninguna indicación de verificar en los primeros 30 días., de haber tenido la información la ejecutó en tiempo y forma.
Así que proponen que solo pague media multa en apoyo.
Obviamente para mi es mucho dinero el yo no tenía contemplado. Así que les dije que llamaría a la oficina de verificación de zacatelco y expondría mi situación a ellos para conocer una segunda opinión.
Las personas de zacatelco una vez que le he explicado mi circunstancias me confirmaron que tenía derecho a verificar hasta el último día de mayo debido a que el trámite que presente.. y que podría hacerlo con ellos sin mayor problema.
Así que le devolví la llamada a la oficina de verificación de Apizaco les explico lo que me respondieron y ellos simplemente me dijeron.. Pues venga a verificar mañana!.
Y así lo hice el siguiente día muy temprano.
Situación que me parece muy extraña.
Yo desconozco si se pueden cobrar medias multas.
Lo que puedo compartir es que en las oficinas de zacatelco tienen una excelente atención al público.
We bought a car in January, in March we change ownership and consequently low and high license plates.
They give me a green sticker to verify and they don't tell me more information. I deduce that I have to verify in April and May by the color of the decal that I differ.
My car breaks down almost a month after being in the Secte Apizaco offices, I take it to the mechanic and it took me almost a month to get it out.
A few days before the end of the month of May I am going to verify the unit and the people of the place tell me that they must charge me a fine because I had to have verified in the following days.
Surprised by the situation, I explained that I was not given any indication to verify in the first 30 days. If he had the information, he executed it in a timely manner.
So they propose that I only pay half a fine in support.
Obviously for me it is a lot of money that I did not have contemplated. So I told them that I would call the Zacatelco verification office and expose my situation to them for a second opinion.
The people of zacatelco, once I have explained my circumstances, confirmed that I had the right to verify until the last day of May due to the process that I presented ... and that I could do it with them without major problem.
So I called back to the Apizaco verification office and explained what they responded to me and they simply told me ... Well, come check tomorrow !.
And so I did the next day very early.
Situation that seems very strange to me.
I don't know if half fines can be charged.
What I can share is that the zacatelco offices have excellent customer service.
