★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un recorrido desde Ixtepec a la ollaga, y de ahí empieza uno a internarse a la montaña, es un recorrido en una carretera no muy transitada, pero puedes apreciar los cerros y vegetación, que no es mucha pero si regular, hasta llegar a uciri, lugar donde la actividad principal es el proceso de cultivar el café hasta que llegue a tu mesa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son grandes, con espacios para capacitaciones y para procesado del café. Los horarios de la tienda son restrictivos en tanto que cierran para la hora de la comida pero no es un problema. El café de la organización es todo orgánico y de muy buena calidad, con sabor tostado pero no amargo. También hacen una mermelada de maracuyá deliciosa.
The facilities are large, with spaces for training and for coffee processing. Store hours are restrictive as they close for lunch but it is not a problem. The coffee of the organization is all organic and of very good quality, with toasted flavor but not bitter. They also make a delicious passion fruit jam.
