★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención telefónica, no contestan el teléfono nunca y cuando lo hacen, no se escucha nada y te cuelgan, solo te hacen perder el tiempo llendo hasta allá para poder hacer los trámites que se suponen que se podrían hacer por teléfono o en línea
Terrible telephone attention, they never answer the phone and when they do, they don't hear anything and they hang up on you, they just waste your time going there to be able to do the procedures that are supposed to be done by phone or online

Tengo covid-19, cómo esperan que uno guarde cuarentena si no le pueden ni contestar el teléfono? Estoy aquí en mi casa muriéndome por falta de oxígeno porque resulta que no tengo vigencia y no me pueden atender en el imss. Qué tipo de atención es esta? Necesito que me resuelvan mi situación porque en ningún otro lado me pueden ayudar, mandé correos electrónicos y tampoco los responden
Terrible service, they don't answer the phones
I have covid-19, how do they expect someone to quarantine if they can't even answer the phone? I am here at home dying from lack of oxygen because it turns out that I have no validity and they cannot treat me at the imss. What kind of care is this? I need to resolve my situation because nowhere else can they help me, I sent emails and they do not respond either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La página está deshabilitada, envío a mis alumnos ahí para algunas orientaciones, pero me comentan que no les contestan los teléfonos y no se pueden comunicar por correo porque está deshabilitada, pues así no se puede
