★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al estudiante. No contestan teléfonos, pasan mal las extensiones del teléfono, tardan meses en agendarte citas y cada día se inventan algo nuevo para no recibir papelería de nuevo ingreso, pero no te especifican bien lo que quieren. Muy incompetentes y burocráticos.
Terrible student service. They don't answer phones, phone extensions have a bad time, they take months to schedule you appointments and every day they invent something new so as not to receive new stationery, but they don't specify what they want. Very incompetent and bureaucratic.
