★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio..desde la primer llamada para informes nos trataron excelente y pues te ayudan en algunos trámites y te dan tips. Definitivamente lo mas complicado es obtener los certificados de defunción..para que vayan a la segura les recomiendo acudir directamente al Hospital Gral y eviten dar muchas vueltas. Estaría genial q la funeraria tuviera un gestor..eso ayudaría muchisimo. Felicidades por su calidad en servicio e instalaciones.
 Good service ... from the first call for reports they treated us excellent and they help you in some procedures and give you tips. Definitely the most complicated thing is to obtain the death certificates ... so that you can go to the safe one, I recommend you go directly to the General Hospital and avoid taking many turns. It would be great if the funeral home had a manager ... that would help a lot. Congratulations on your quality of service and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor encargado del servicio te trata como si estuvieras pagando por verduras, prepotente, muy poco tacto y apresurandote para que le pagues y te salgas inmediatamente después del pago, se supone que atiende una funeraria. Le doy 1 estrella solo por que el lugar está bonito
The gentleman in charge of the service treats you as if you were paying for vegetables, arrogant, very tactless and rushing you to pay him and leave immediately after payment, he is supposed to attend a funeral parlor. I give it 1 star just because the place is beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor del servicio solo le importa cobrarte de manera inmediata para que dejes las instalaciones, parece que jamás se le hubiera muerto algún familiar; no tiene alguna consideración respecto a situaciones de duelo.
Tiene buenas instalaciones pero es un maltrato lo que sucede ahí dentro.
Nada recomendable
The lord of the service only cares to charge you immediately to leave the premises, it seems that he had never died a relative; it has no consideration regarding grief situations.
It has good facilities but it is a mistreatment what happens in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones, muy limpio y ordenado,lo único malo no dependió de parte de la funeraria si no de la del crematorio, en donde prácticamente se llevaron el cuerpo en pleno discurso de un ser querido
Good facilities, very clean and tidy, the only bad thing did not depend on the part of the funeral home but on the crematorium, where they practically took the body in the speech of a loved one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta Funeraria proporciona todos los servicios que se requieran y cuentan con varias salas para los servicios funerarios, tiene elevador para los salones superiores y no tiene un estacionamiento para sus clientes pero siempre hay lugar en la vía pública, un problema es que los salones son angostos y muy largos, por eso es qué hay muchos sillones y donde estar fuera del salón y por eso no permiten que entren coronas de flores
This Funeral Home provides all the services that are required and they have several rooms for funeral services, it has an elevator for the upper rooms and it does not have a parking lot for its clients but there is always room on public roads, one problem is that the rooms are narrow and very long, that is why there are many armchairs and where to be outside the living room and that is why they do not allow flower crowns to enter
