M	Mali Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 2 estrellas por que las camas no tienen sábanas, solo cuentan con la sábana de cajón(la que envuelve el colchón). Se reporto y dicen que no tienen autorización de dar sábanas a los huéspedes. Servicio al cliente es deficiente. I give it 2 stars because the beds do not have sheets, they only have the drawer sheet (the one that wraps the mattress). He reported and they say they have no authorization to give sheets to guests. Customer service is lacking.

Visité el hotel para hospedarme una noche, reserve la SUITE y la tina toda sucia y con una reparación mal hecha; además apestaba a sumidero todo el cuarto. Al final opte x cambiar de habitación pero al pedir el ajuste de precio, me la hicieron un poco mareada por haber pagado por transferencia. El recepcionista muy amable, el encargado deja algo que desear; ya que jamás recibí una disculpa ni nada. En general 3.5/5, si no quieres gastar mucho, está bien; solo les sugiero revisar muy bien la habitación y no pagar x tranferencia. EDIT: Hicieron cambio de administración, me marcaron para disculparse y ofrecerme una cortesía, me parece justo ? In general, for the price, it's fine. I visited the hotel to stay one night, I booked the SUITE and the tub was all dirty and with a poorly done repair; plus the whole room stank of sewage. In the end I opted to change the room but when asking for the price adjustment, they made me a little dizzy for having paid by transfer. The receptionist very friendly, the manager leaves something to be desired; since I never received an apology or anything. Overall 3.5/5, if you don't want to spend a lot it's fine; I only suggest you check the room very well and not pay x transfer. EDIT: They made a change of administration, they marked me to apologize and offer me a courtesy, it seems fair to me ?
S	Sandra Castaneda J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, tiene clima, wi-fi, pero son muy pequeñas las habitaciones, solo cuenta con una silla y no hy donde poner las pertenencias; el baño también es pequeño, la limpieza no es buena, la taza del wc estaba sucia (con vellos p) los pisos manchados y con polvo, la llave del lavabo con manchas como de grasa. Le dije a la chica de la recepción y solo dijo que si se hace la limpieza y que de hecho tenia varias semanas que no se rentaba al habitación (y obviamente que tampoco hacian limpieza). Las camas son muy suaves. The place is very nice, it has climate, wi-fi, but the rooms are very small, it only has one chair and no place to put your belongings; the bathroom is also small, the cleanliness is not good, the toilet bowl was dirty (with hair p) the floors stained and dusty, the sink faucet with stains like grease. I told the girl at the reception and she only said that the cleaning is done and that in fact it had been several weeks since the room was rented (and obviously they didn't do cleaning either). The beds are very soft.

Es nuevo, limpio, cómodo y con una terraza muy linda para desayunar o cenar; justo lo que necesitabamos haciendo escala en esta pequeña ciudad. La habitación es pequeña pero con lo necesario: una cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio, aire acondicionado y tv. También está incluido el desayuno. La chica de la recepción es muy amable y también el señor que nos atendió en el restaurante. La comida es buena y tienen jugo de naranja fresco. ? The best hotel in terms of quality and price in Ticul. It is new, clean, comfortable and with a very nice terrace for breakfast or dinner; just what we needed on a layover in this small town. The room is small but with what is necessary: a very comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Breakfast is also included. The girl at the reception is very friendly and also the man who attended us in the restaurant. The food is good and they have fresh orange juice. ?
