★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte del personal administrativo son prepotentes y groseros, arrepentido de haber gastado tiempo y dinero en esta "universidad" año y medio de haber concluido y no hay fecha para que me entreguen mi título he dado vueltas y vueltas y nadie me da una solución.
Yo cumplí con la parte que me correspondía ($) y ahora solo me ignoran y dan largas al asunto.

Very bad service by the administrative staff are arrogant and rude, regretful of having spent time and money in this "university" year and a half to have concluded and there is no date for me to give my title I have gone round and round and nobody gives me a solution.
I complied with the part that corresponded to me ($) and now they just ignore me and take the matter long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con sentimientos encontrados, inmediatamente entrando me encuentro con un guardia que no me permite el acceso a menos que escanee un código QR que esta pegado a la pared. Sin importar que tenga lector o no en mi celular. Por suerte en ese momento contaba con saldo y me fue posible bajar la aplicación para instalarla en mi celular y leer el código. Si no no me hubiera sido permitido el acceso. Posteriormente fui atendido por personal que se encontraba muy ocupado en una reunión en línea y me pidieron esperar preferí pasar para presentar mi asunto en las manos que creo que son correctas. Subo y soy atendido por suerte por personal capaz que me indica cual es el curso que tengo que seguir para solucionar mi inconveniente. Tuve que salir por la puerta de Bravo para ingresar de nuevo por la calle de Hidalgo al entrar el personal continúaba en junta virtual, me mencionaron en vigilancia si había marcado mi salida con el mismo QR y le dije que no y no lo hice porque no lo vi me pide que al salir lo haga y entro. Espero por unos minutos a ser atendido y al pasar el tiempo veo al personal muy ocupado por lo que le digo que pasaré más tarde porque tengo el tiempo contado para hacer otras diligencias y me permite salir. Al subir para salir no encuentro el código QR donde tengo que marcar mi salida y no lo encuentro. Así que en el sistema aún sigo dentro del edificio.
Observaciones.
Es bueno tener control de la entrada al edificio y salida del mismo pero deberían tener flexibilidad que permita el acceso al edificio si no se cuenta con el lector de QR.
El personal debería de ver a los visitantes como prioridad y su tiempo (del visitante)como un bien a valorar y cuidar.
With mixed feelings, immediately entering I find a guard who does not allow me access unless I scan a QR code that is attached to the wall. Regardless of whether or not I have a reader on my cell phone. Luckily at that time I had a balance and I was able to download the application to install it on my cell phone and read the code. If not, I would not have been allowed access. Later I was attended by staff who were very busy in an online meeting and they asked me to wait, I preferred to pass by to present my matter in the hands that I believe are correct. Fortunately, I go upstairs and am assisted by capable personnel who tell me what course I have to follow to solve my problem. I had to go out through the door of Bravo to enter again through the street of Hidalgo when entering the staff continued in virtual meeting, they mentioned to me in surveillance if I had marked my exit with the same QR and I said no and I did not do it because not I saw it, he asked me to do so when I left and I went in. I wait for a few minutes to be attended and as time passes I see the staff very busy so I tell them that I will come later because I have the time to do other errands and they allow me to leave. When going up to go out I cannot find the QR code where I have to mark my exit and I cannot find it. So in the system I'm still inside the building.
Observations.
It is good to have control of the entrance to the building and exit from it but they should have flexibility that allows access to the building if you do not have the QR reader.
Staff should see visitors as a priority and their (visitor's) time as an asset to be valued and cared for.
