Fortaleciendo así el desarrollo y competitividad, a la vez que fuera vinculo de una cultura emprendedora a través de un equipo multidisciplinario de profesionales en estas áreas. Además realiza estudios para diagnosticar y analizar la problemática real de las organizaciones y de la comunidad empresarial con el fin de lograr su modernización. Celebra también convenios de colaboración educacional y acción conjunta en materia de capacitación, asesoría, y consultoría técnica empresarial con instituciones como NAFINSA, IMSS, ISSSTE, SEDECO, Secretaria de Economía y otras.Por logros dentro de programas de la Secretaria de Economía el centro fue equipado por la misma y designado Centro de Atención Empresarial en febrero del 2003. CENTRO DE VINCULACIÓN FCA-U.J.E.D. Si se pretende alcanzar el objetivo de una vinculación exitosa, en primer lugar es necesario explicitar lo que en esta Facultad se entiende por vinculación, los objetivos que pretende alcanzar y las estrategias para lograrlo, estableciendo simultáneamente la estructura adecuada. Bajo este marco de referencia estamos planteando que la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración debe de: Procurar formas, sistemas y métodos que propicien la interacción entre los distintos niveles académicos que conforman esta institución con otras unidades académicas de la Universidad, con el entorno social y el productivo; con el propósito de lograr la retroalimentación y enriquecimiento de las funciones de docencia, investigación y la proyección cultural que permitan a la institución ser congruente con las necesidades y demandas reales de los diversos sectores, bajo un esquema de beneficio recíproco. Misión: Integración de la Facultad de Contaduría de la Universidad Juárez a su entorno. Visión: Que la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración logre consolidar su prestigio con una imagen de cambio continuo en respuesta a las demandas del mercado, la sociedad y sus egresados.
