★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llevar mi auto a que lo repararán y hacerle cambio de piezas colisionadas muy bien, buen trato y me inspiraron confianza,pero muy distinto fué el servicio otorgado, me avisan que el auto ya esta listo un sábado como a las 11:30 y que por favor fuera por el pronto porque cierran los sábados a la 1 pm, mando a mi hijo por él y al llegar lo reviso, la base donde va la jaladera de la puerta que iban a cambiar estaba rota y despegada la base de una parte, la facia trasera que iba a cambiarse estaba igual, no le hicieron nada, y la srita. que me atendió me dijo que el seguro no autorizó el cambio, que ella no era responsable porque ella no reparaba, que otras personas se narraba de eso y que ella no tenía la culpa, que iba a ver que podía hacer para que el seguro autorizara el cambio, ignoro si autorizó o no sólo la repararón, tiempo perdido en vueltas y el sensor de la puerta que cambiaron quedó mal porque aún estando bien cerrada la puerta me indica en el tablero que hay una puerta mal cerrada o abierta, la foto que subo indica como me entregaron el auto la primera vez y después de 3 días me lo repararón(no cambio solo reparación),
Así que pongan atención cuando les entreguen el auto no sólo en éste taller, en todos.
