★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in La Isla shopping Center store several times. People ok. I usually go once a year. It seems curious that every time I used my Visa to pay, it is denied. In two occasions already I have seen other tourists with the same issue. The same day I used it at the airport and there was no problem.
in addition, the last time I was there I filled the tax free documents with them. I was there in January up to this time I have not received any refund. The guy who took care of me sent me an e-mail stating that the immigration paper was blurry. It was not! I resent it again and never again heard from them. What di they do with all you information? Beware of this place. NEVER AGAIN!
