I purchased an IWC Portuguesier from Ultra jewels. Could have gotten it cheaper from a grey market dealer but I prefer to buy from Authorized Dealers. I worked with Teodula who was very nice. They filled out all the tax paperwork for me. It is supposed to be only 6 to 8 weeks but that must be Mexico time because it took almost 1 year. Unfortunately, Ultrajewels has no control over this as this is done by the TaxFree company at the airport. Would have been a 5 star rating except Teodula has not been very responsive the past month...I may want to purchase another watch when I'm there in August but she is not responding to my emails. Update: Teo was working in a different store for a little while. I recently reconnected with her and she was very communicative and got me several watches which are all gorgeous. She did all the paperwork to get the tax back. I highly recommend Ultrajewels. Thank you Teo.

Jan 1, 2020 I purchased a Tag from this store. The salespeople were great I have no problem with them. I don't even mind too much that I could have saved $500 by purchasing the watch online once I got back to the USA. What does make me mad is this tax thing. It is real. They state you will get back your tax and they even walk you upstairs to help you through the procedure. The receipt I got had all the boxes of required data checked and yet I got an email (who know it could be fraudulent) from an unnamed entity claiming to need copies of the flight information (which was check as being received on my form). When I did not respond for 3 days I got an email saying the tax refund has been cancelled due to no reply. I live in a world where ransomware is a real possibility. The email sent in no way convinced me it was legit and regardless I was told I supplied all I needed to. I am glad I decided to only buy the Tag and not the Rolex I was drawn to so I only lose $300 and not $2000 Buyer beware. On an expensive watch I would take the fact you may never get your tax back as a real possibility

A beautiful shopping area where you can shoo-in high end showrooms. Good food and fashion place. Friendly people and friendlier ambiance.

Meh. It's like Rodeo Drive full of boutique designer stores. Reminds me of the tired upscale shopping model concepts. The absolute highlight of coming here was to see the LARGEST bobble head I've ever seen. It moves its head all over the place.

I recently visited Ultrajewels Fashion Harbour in January 2022. I was in Cancun for a long overdue vacation and I visited the store on my birthday. I entered the store and wasn't even greeted. Every sales person was on their cell phone with their heads down. Only the armed security guard acknowledged that I had entered the store. I walked around the whole store and looked at every brand they had. Finally after trying to make eye contact with someone, I approached a sales person and told them it was my birthday and I wanted to purchase a watch as a present for myself. I was also looking at some David Yurman jewellery for my girlfriend. I asked about an IWC and brought up a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41. Before I could finish my sentence, the sales person told me that Rolex was only sold to "their" customers and they had nothing in stock. I thought this was interesting because I considered myself a customer. How does one become a customer if you won't even entertain them making a purchase? The sales person didn't even want to chat about watches or get a feel for what I was looking for. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. I am building my watch collection and have a few pieces that I am looking for. IWC, Panerai, Cartier and Rolex are all on my list. I visit Cancun every year and you would think that one $5000 to $10000 watch purchase a year would be sufficient to be considered a customer. I have never felt to disrespeted and belittled when trying to spend $10,000. I get better service buying a $50 t-shirt. Anyways, avoid this place. You get better service back in Canada or the USA and don't have to deal with the taxes and added security issues of having a $10K watch in your possession. To the management, please do better. There is no way for you to know whether someone is just browsing or ready to spend $50k on watches and jewellery without talking to them.

Feels like a very nice old school mall. The most high end of stores. They also have many good restaurants there. Great place to take the family.

The 2 star review goes to the fact that i called 1 month in advance, asked to be assisted with specifics, during my trip the hotel contacted the store and again they just said, "we will let you know" visiting a tourist place and being treated like a local is good, but not getting a priority knowing the fact that i am just there visiting is not so good.

Went there to buy a Rolex. Found a piece I liked. It was not for exhibition only but the salesperson said she will not sell it to me. When I asked why, she explained it is reserved for repeat customers only. I offered I will buy two watches, she still refused. I’ll never go here again, nor recommend it to anyone. Such a poor experience.
